Step 2. Twist open.

Step 3.1. Lick icing in middle...

Step 3.2. ...until clean!

Step 4.1. Obtain glass of milk. It is best to have this ready ahead of time to minimize time spent not eating cookies.

Step 4.2. Dip sufficiently in milk.

Step 5. Eat the now-milky chocolate cookies. Eat immediately after dipping to prevent excessive sogginess.

Step 6. Be sure to clean up your mess! Having a trunk allows for speedy clean up. Washcloth may be used as substitute for trunk.
